Hello everyone,
I am building a mesh network with wireless bridge working as access points and I am having issues with the Access Point configuration.
To build the mesh I followed https://github.com/binnes/WiFiMeshRaspberryPi and everything worked fine. It also gives information on how to turn a bridge in a wireless access point, using hostapd. I know the guide is 3-years old but I didn't find anything better.
So, at the moment I can see my access point network is up and running, I can connect to it and get an IP and I can even ping 8.8.8.8 or other addresses.
However, the moment I try to surf the internet, open websites or doing anything else it goes down with no chance of recovery. How could I solve this?
My hardware is a Raspberry Pi 5 and a Edimax EW-7822ULC usb adapter.
