Beginners • Problem in login

Hello all
I try to use my Pi4 board ( first use Raspberry board )
I use Rpi imager ver 1.8.5 to create the login boot on a DOK for OctiPy stable version .
when i plug the DOK to the card i can not login from my win11 PC " xxxx.local " using Chrome browser ( try also Edge with some result )
got a message "This site can’t be reached"
1)try ping from cmd terminal and got response
2) the green led blink 1 time for second ( as i can see)
3) plug the DOK to the pc and edit the data that is written
a) in the Wireless LAN pass word field I see a string of binary data and not the data that I entered
