Raspberry Pi OS • Are the "raindrop" packages and the "squeekboard" keyboard automatically installed and active?

I wonder if the "raindrop" packages and the "squeekboard" keyboard are automatically installed and active on the new pios images of October 28, because in your guide here:

please install both raindrop and squeekboard manually

so I wonder even after sudo apt update and sudo apt full-upgrade we won't find them again right? we will only find labwc installed, not raindrop or the keyboard.

is that so?

furthermore, if I install the latest PIOS image from scratch, will raindrop and squeekboard be installed and active or should they be installed and enabled?
