Compute Module • CM4 modules damaged

Hi,

We are using CM4 in one of our products, a customized carrier board is designed for the same.
primary elements in carrier board are Ethernet & HDMI port.
function is to display data ( sent from network server ) on 4K display.
Total around 120 units are installed at sites.
After few days, around 20 units failed.
Upon inspection we found that in 90% of CM4 boards 1.8V power rail is showing short.
few boards HDMI ports are not working, other boards RT9742SNGV IC is showing short.

Request to guide us tracing the cause of issues.
