Beginners • A Raspberry Pi 5 EEPROM Writer and Reader

Hi,
I am trying to use the Raspi 5 as EEPROM to read/write to 24AA025T-I/SN eeprom on a development board I have.

I came across this Github page:
https://github.com/andrewteall/pi-eeprom-programmer

But this particulat EEPROM model doesn't seem to be supported.

Has anyone tried this setup and can help me with that?
