I'm going to start off saying that i am kind of a beginner in this type of stuff.
I've tried to make a script using XdoTools and the problem that i'm having is that each time i try searching for some program it doesn't find it
Here is the commands that i've tried to at least see all of the programs that are open:
xdotool search --name .
xdotools search .
The result of these searches is just one Pid even tho i have 2 chromiums open and other programs.
I've tried looking in the forums but i couldn't find anything.
Could someone direct me to some post that is related to this or tell me what may be the cause of this problem?
(MAY BE UNRELATED but i've also had problems trying to open programs inside Xephyr by doing like "display:=2 chromium", im not trying to get help for this problem on this post!)
