Hi there,

I have Pi 3b+.
The CPU is Broadcom BCM2837B0. There is also a "TAxxxx" number.
Can you tell me what this TAxxx number stands for?
I'm asking because I'm having trouble when moving the SD card from Pi's with BCM2837B0 TA1836 (which works without problems) to Pi's with BCM2837B0 TA2325. Or the TA2311 which is the Pi 4b.

Let me try to explain.
Pi 3b+ with Broadcom BCM2738B0 TA1836.
Pi 3b+ with Broadcom BCM2738B0 TA2325.
Pi 4b with Broadcom BCM2711 TA2311.

If I make an SD card with latest Raspbian it works on all three models.
If I use my existing (and several years old) SD card also with Raspbian installed, it only works on the TA1836. If I put this SD card in the TA2325 or TA2311, there's just a black screen - the Pi doesn't even boot, and just flashes seven times in ACT (unable to find kernel.img on boot device)

I have many hundreds of Pi's. The vast majority are with TA1836. And approximately 40 pcs. with the TA2325 and none of these works with the existing SD card.

Can you explain to me what the TAxxxx number means?

Thank you.
