Troubleshooting • Cannot SSH into Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W Powered from 5V Pin

Hello All!
I am working on a drone project using the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W where I need to power the Pi using an onboard battery. Right now I have a Swaytronic 200mAh, 7.4V, 1.48Wh, 70C discharge rate onboard my drone with a voltage converted that drops the output to 5V which I can feed to the 5V pin on my Rpi. To test to make sure this would work, I took the initial step of trying to power my Rpi from the 5V pin at all using a DC power supply. While the Pi seemed to boot up, when I tried to SSH into it from my computer, I get a connection timed out error, which tells me the Pi is able to connect to the Wifi, but not able to hold a stable connection with my computer. I check the pins with a multimeter and sure enough thy are getting 4.98V. I have seen other posts have trouble powering the Pi using batteries, but I feel using a direct 5V power supply capable of 5A should cause no issues. Does anyone have any idea why SSH would not work when powering via the 5V pin? I have left some pictures of my setup below.
Thanks!
Andrew
