Camera board • Camera module v3 not giving good quality results with raspberry pi 3a+

I am using this command to record video on my raspberry pi 3a+ with camera module v3:
But it outputs very poor quality video and it also skips frames (plays intermittingly), when i added --width 1920 --height 1080 to it, it stopped giving output file.

I am using latest 64-bit desktop os on raspberry pi.
Please help me with this
