I am running Trixie on a 3B which hosts weewx and my homebrew household energy monitoring and control system. Everything has been running without problems with occasional (every 1-3 weeks) apt full-upgrades for some months. On running apt update today, about 10 days after my last full-upgrade, I saw about 170 pending updates reported, so I went ahead with a full-upgrade. apt apparently ran through to completion, but multiple serious looking errors were reported. The material below shows all the errors and a couple of lines before and after each one, to give some context. I would normally reboot after an upgrade with this number of updates, but I am very nervous about doing so. The system does seem still to be running without obvious problems. Any helpful advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
