Camera board • How to read camera i2c register continuously during preview

Hi

I would like to read the camera sensor status continuously by reading a i2c register on cmos sensor.

It looks
- no such api by v4l2
- can not read i2c by i2cget because it is occupied

So is there any way to keep reading a i2c register status during camera preview?
