Media centres • Does anyone have passthrough working with pipewire?

I have seen a few very vague references to passthrough working with pipewire, but the links (to a random pull request for pipewire) have no actual substance and I'm starting to suspect trolling.

If anyone has HDMI audio passthrough working without shutting off pipewire, please share the voodoo.
