Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a Raspberry Pi 3A+ for a new project of mine, and I'd like to entirely avoid using an SD card and rely solely on rpiboot to boot the pi. The github repo readme of raspberrypi/usbboot states the following:
This is the USB device boot code which supports the Raspberry Pi 1A, 3A+, Compute Module, Compute Module 3, 3+ 4S, 4 and 5, Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero 2 W.
However, while I'm guessing that it might be long outdated information, I've also come across this in my research:

Is this still the case? Can I utilize rpiboot to boot Pi 3A+?

Best regards
