This is my first Pi and first time working with Lenox.
I spent over a month trying to learn as I go setting up my headless pi for Ham Radio use using my tablet as a screen. Screwing things up, starting over from the beginning screwing up again and again... to discover once I finally get things set i been working it over my home network and now I have to set it up for remote use away from home network.
Google the process and follow it bit by bit to run it through my phones hotspot to get to the end and find out GOOGLE WAS LYING! Phone company's took the ability to network through the hotspot away!![🤦🏽]()
so I start looking into other ways. Checked all around my area no computer places deal with Pi and basically have no clue what im even talking about ![😡]()
Drive 40 miles (at this point if im not face to face with someone that knows their shtuff im not dealing with it) 40 miles to Best Buy to have the guy tell me that ALL phone companies are cutting off networking and basically if you dont buy their parts your screwed and yes there are work arounds (video capture devices ect) but they dont sell the parts in store to do it and it dosnt work very good if you do.
He then as a after thought says we'll you can use a portable monitor and takes me to the ONLY portable they carry in store at $200!
I say to myself screw that I'll buy one online.....
As im looking them up I call walmart (there are three in the town) yup we carry monitors. Drive across town. THEY CARRY DVD MONITORS!![🤬]()

Wife is getting hair cut i continue my search.... the one im liking is listed IN STORE![☝🏼]()
but im not going to fall for this a second time so I call the store. Yes we have monitors, real, portable hook to your hdmi port no keyboard just flat screen monitors?
Yes sir even read me the model I was looking for!
I Drive across town AGAIN go in find the one that I want![🙏🏼]()
and I ask the guy (there isnt much info on the box, can I open it and figure out what cords I need so I can buy it while im here) kid reads the box and says it comes with the cords it says... and no your not allowed to open electronics before purchase.. ARE YOU SURE IT HAS THE CORDS I NEED to go from a raspberry-pi micro to the hdmi on the monitor?
Im 40 miles away and im going to haunt you if I get home to find out i dont have a cord.

I get home open the box and hes right it has cords!
FULL SIZE HDMI ON ONE END AND and mini on the other!![👿]()

Now I get to search out a cord or adaptor out here in BUM FLUB EGYPT to FINALLY GET THIS DONE.
Sorry but this has been a nightmare from the beginning to the end and I needed to vent...
All this for a $100 radio I won at a HAM swap meet!![🙄]()
