I want to bring up a new RPi 5 for home assistant. I am running fedora 42 on my desktop computer. I already had rpi-imager installed from previous work, but not sure which version. It is about 6 months old. I have a brand new 128 GB micro SD card which my computer recognizes and reports that it is formatted as Exfat. rpi-imager does display it under the 'storage' field as a 127.8 GB device mounted as /run/media/<ACCT NAME>/NNNN-NNNN. However, when I select the device nothing is displayed in the 'Storage' field. rpi-imager also displays the SD card as 'Generic SD/MMC', which I can select and it is displayed in the Storage field. However, neither one works. When I select either and click 'Next', I get the warning about all data to be erased, select 'Yes', and I get an error 'Cannot open storage device /dev/sdc'. Suggestions about what I have done wrong or neglected to do are greatly appreciated. TIA!
