Camera board • Camera Module 3 issues

I am on the struggle bus trying to get the camera module 3 (IMX708) functioning with a raspberry pi 5. I have what I believe to be the correct cable Arducam UC-376 in what I believe to be the correct pin orientation. On the camera I have the ribbon cable facing towards the board which shows the white plastic piece holding the pins. On the Pi I have the ribbon cable pins facing the ethernet port, again towards a white piece which holds the pins. I have a brand newly imaged disk and as I understand it should just work out of the box. However whenever I run this command

Code:

libcamera-still --list-cameras
to get the cameras. I always get the same result No cameras available!.

I've attached the output of

Code:

nano /boot/firmware/config.txt

# Don't have the firmware create an initial video= setting in cmdline.txt.
# Use the kernel's default instead.
disable_fw_kms_setup=1

# Run in 64-bit mode
