Troubleshooting • USB ports on Raspberry Pi 4b stop functioning suddenly

$

From 3rd week of June I am having a serious problem on my Raspberry Pi 4b:

All the USB ports stop functioning suddenly after some time. RPi doesn’t respond to any mouse or keyboard inputs or any other USB device. Any USB device connected after the error has occurred is not acknowledged.

Whenever this error occurs, connecting using Raspberry Pi Connect and entering these commands in the terminal don’t produce any abnormal output, they just output the status of devices detected before the malfunction:

Code:

Shutting down or rebooting the RPi fails with a kernel panic error (attached) on the screen:
Image
Directly switching off from the mains is the only option.

Here is what I have tried:
•“sudo apt install –reinstall raspi-firmware”
•“sudo apt reinstall raspi-firmware”
•“sudo rpi-eeprom-update”
•Reinstalling RaspberryPi OS total three times since this error has started to occur.
•Using another keyboard and mouse.
•Flashing RPi bootloader image from “Misc utility images” in Raspberry Pi imager.

I am using Raspberry Pi 4b 8 GB variant with Raspberry Pi OS bookworm 64 bit full, booting from SD card.
Can't reproduce the error as it is randomly occurring.
