Media centres • WEB BROWSER / KODI

Hi to all. First post.
I am "familiar" with Pi, libreELEC and Kodi I have three of them and work fine. I know you cannot have a web browser on libreELEC or within Kodi.
What I want to do is install what ever I need to install on the same SD card so I can have a web browser even though I have to close Kodi to achieve this. I have a Pi 4, 4gb, 128 gb SanDisk Extreme Plus SDXC. I am hopping there is something light weight that has or can have a browser.
