Troubleshooting • Video is very slow on PI 400

No video is playing well on the PI 400. Really no big software is installed on this PI.
Youtube video is really bad to play.
I thought that a video should be working on this Pi?

Tips are very welcome...

Specs: Pi 400 - 4GB - Raspbian Linux 10 installed - enough empty space on disk.
