Troubleshooting • Bricked Pi 4 - Any electrical tests I can do ?

I appear to have a bricked Pi 4 - before I consign it to waste are there any board level tests I can do through the various Test Points etc ?

Symptoms: Device powers on, solid RED LED, Green LED starts bright but gradually goes dim with a faint flicker.

I have followed the troubleshooting guide, replaced SD with known good, replaced PSU with known good, replaced the EEPROM with known good etc. SD card holder appears mechanically sound with all pins aligned etc.

Only thing left is to test electrically - are there any known good TP''s to look at ?
