I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B, running Bullseye and Motioneye, connected to a nesting box, I had been able to view a video of the nestbox, but it has stopped working, I am no longer able to connect on my local network, I tried to connect using tigervnc but just get an error message , no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it (10061), I can connect using puTTY and made sure VNC is on, but still no good.
On another note, when I tried to shut down the Pi via puTTY, the date and time are wrong, but I am not able to amend it in the config menu, I just get a message - there was an error running option L2 Timezone, hopes this means something, as I can't get to the raspberry pi at the moment I was hopping there is something I can do remotely
