If I execute the command fbset on a PI5 with a Touch 2 display I get a framebuffer depth of 32 bits. (Raspi OS 64 bits). The software I made has 32 bit color depth set. And this works ok, on a PI5.
But the Touch 2 is according to the documentation 24 bit, so is the PI5 translating? I get feedback from people that the software does not correct displays on a PI4. So my question is is there a difference between the two?
