media server/nas
Ive tried a few OS( LIte & Full) followed several videos on making a nas/media center. I know it wont make a lot of sense but all videos basically have the same steps to starting the software in terms.
Each time it boots, does its auto set up then I get a black screen(terminal like) with a password. It shows what I labeled the device as but it doesn't matter if I put a user name and PW or remove the option when flashing an OS..It blocks me at this step, accepts NO correct answer & side note most times it doesn't even show I'm trying to type a password.
Im not entirely sure what login exactly its asking me for, nor how to find out. Since the name & PW I put in before flashing the drive isnt being accepted, raspberry, pi, admin, 1234, no combo works
Im extremely new to this but Im not a complete moron, been at this for hours now and cant figure it so any advice is desperately appreciated.
