Beginners • Wirelessly starting up RPi Zero 2 W

I purchased a RPi Zero 2 W board and I have heard that starting up this board is possible as headless way via wifi, in that way that you have only power connected on the RPi 2W board. After wirelessly starting up the board, I will install VS Code server on the board, so that I can remotely edit, save and run (debuggint too?) programs on the board via wifi.

Is there somewhere instructions how to configure Rpi OS ssd card before OS installation in the previous way?
