Graphics, sound and multimedia • Prusaslicer on Pi 5?

I just got hold of a Prusa MK3.5S.
I had been using a MK3S.

I use a Pi 5 as my desktop and it was working with Prusaslicer fine.
I had a bit of trouble with something on the 3.5 so I thought, as it is all more up to date, I would uninstall and fresh install Prusaslicer.
I knew I was holding back the version, but couldnt remember why. I then just assumed it was because I was using an older printer. MK3S.

So, i looked up again how to install on a pi 5 and advice is to go via Pi-Apps.
I tried that, but I cant see how to open it.

I read somewhere that it is better to keep an older version of Prusaslicer still.
I think I saw 2.7.4 suggested. I think I saw somewhere while in Pi-Apps, version 2.9 mentioned.

Is this right? If so, how do I go about doing this please?
Although, I am not committed to Prusaslicer, it is just the only thing I have used as it has all the profiles which seem nice and easy to use.

Thanks.

Edit:
I have found the old versions on github.
I have gone for 2.7.1 but interested in any comments.
I am now trying to work out what is bgcode and why it wont work and how to actually print a thing :)
Edit II:
I think I have read that after 2.7 default output is bgcode, but octoprint doesnt work with bgcode.
Apparently I can change the default output to bgcode in Print Settings>Output options But when i look there, it seems to show gcode as the output. But, when i export gcode from prusaslicer, it send out bgcode....
Edit III:
OK, found it.
I disabled the bgcode on the menu "Configuration" - "Preferences" - "Others" tab, there, the first option is "Use Binary G-Code when the printer supports it"
Again, any suggestions to all of this otherwise would be very welcome. I shall now actually try and print.
