I'm using a 3B+ as a kiosk with Chromium for my home automation and it's running raspbian with GUI.
Recently I started experimenting with Alpine (using Debian for some time) and I noticed that it's much snappier, needs less resources.
Which OS can be installed on this 3B+ to be able to use the touchscreen with, preferably, Chromium (for it's kiosk mode)
