SDK • Can't install SDK in Visual Studio Code

Hello.
Why can't I install SDK in VisualStudioCode?

I am following the SDK installation guide (https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/pico ... h-pico.pdf). My computer has Windows 11 Pro. VisualStudioCode version is 1.92.2.
It seems that SDK has been installed correctly:
However, trying to create a project or take a sample project does not lead to anything. IDE simply does not display anything:
I always see this blank screen after trying to create a project:
How can I solve this problem?
