General discussion • Data loggers for Ripening Avocados?

I hope there are people who will read this. Seems like a cool forum but it is WAY over my head.

I am a produce guy who feels there is HUGE potential in changing the way produce spcifically AVOCADOS are ripened.
Today it is done in traditional banana rooms and the product is totally stressed out.

I have found that if I ripen in a Controlled Atmosphere ambient and I control 5 things, I can make each avocado reach its highest ORGANOLEPTIC potential. (yes it is a word! look it up! lol)

So braniac forum I need to data log: Temperature, Relative Humidity, CO2, O2 and Ethylene.

Can we figure out how to do this in a 40 ft container. The idea is to begin ripening and having recipes.
A session takes 3.5 to 4.5 days to complete. It is a stage by stage process.

This could be huge in the USA and in the world if my theories pan out.

Can someone help me figure this out?
