Per the title and a spin-off question from my other display thread - how can I configure a display scaling ratio in Bookworm that's equivalent to the old xrandr --scale NxM command?
Specifically I need to set a scale ratio like 1:0.5 so the X direction is not scaled but the Y direction is magnified by 2x or some other ratio.
So far the only stuff I've seen about scaling in Wayland seems to be using a single number (E.G. 2) to do basic pixel-doubling or possibly fractional scaling but always the same ratio X:Y, am I missing something?
xrandr just gives me an error about invalid parameter attributes, I'm assuming an incompatibility with Wayland or that xrandr is no longer the right way to do this?
