Graphics, sound and multimedia • Raspberry pi5 + aux (sound card) got noise

Hi,
i got noise in rpi external speaker when my mouse move it affect the speaker(some distrubance noise) or powering issue i dont know what it is
please help me to figure out.

CONNECTION:
Raspberry pi5 battery(7.4v to 5v using buck convertor lm2596S for power supply) ,
SOUND card (aux to lm385 audio module 0.5W 8ohms speaker(separate battery power supply in separated battery 7.4v )).
aux to lm386 to speaker connection
bv+ to lmvcc
bv- to lmgrd
aux+ to speaker+
aux- & grnd to speaker-
audio works fine but i got noise
