Raspberry Pi OS • 2nd Pannel / Taskbar RPIOS

Hi all I want to add a 2nd panel / taskbar to my RPI OS so I can add app icons there.
looking up info it says it can be done by rightclicking the panmwl etc but there isnt any options to add 2nd panel. I understand RPIOS is using LXDE and LXPanel, though I could be wrong.
