Troubleshooting • USB Boot Changes Order After Connecting Other USB

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to fix this issue i am having. I have setup my Raspberry Pi 4b 8GB to boot from USB, and during initial install its labelled as sda, but after i connect other external drives it gets pushed down the list to sdb. I want to try keep it as sda if possible and was wondering if its possible and how would i do this.

my Setup is
Raspberry Pi 4b 8gb
Ubuntu 20.04 Server
On 2nd USB port I have a powered USB Hub with 3x SATA HDD

Plan is to setup a ceph cluster and i have 2 x Raspberry Pi 4b 8GB to add to this cluster.
