Compute Module • Raspberry Pi 5 lite

Don't need all features of the current Pi 5. On my wish list is a Pi5 lite version.
Without;
The four USB-A ports
The two Camera interface
Bluetooth
Wifi

The setup I would like is:
One HDMI port
One mSD slot
One Gigabit Ethernet with PoE+
One PCIe 3.0
One USB-C for power
Power button
And increase RAM to 16 GB

All ports in front including power button. Pi5 lite will be suitable for a front panel mount in a 19" rack.
