Recently I bought Raspberry Pi and mostly, I utilize minimal or LFS distro, In my case instead of network-manager, I utilize wpa_supplicant from the configuration file and my configuration does not work, so I tested and found a solution I wanted to place in any case if it is required anyone.
Firstly you might encounter the below auth error on the wpa_supplicant application.
Ensure your Pi is well-powered, then place key_mgmt= argument inside your wpa_supplicant.conf
