I have a pi 400 I bought a while back that never worked, never boots up. The green power LED blinks only once when you plug in the power supply, and since that doesn't match any of the LED error codes I suspect the board isn't getting the power to boot up, period. The power supply is a genuine Raspberry Pi 5.1v 3a USB-C ac adaptor, and since I'm able to charge my phone with it no problem, the issue seems to lie with some part of the board itself. I'm going to guess this isn't something I can (easily) fix, but pretending for the moment that I can, what components and where on the circuit board would I test with a multimeter for some kind of bad connection or faulty component? And yes, I have already gone through the boot problems sticky post, that's why I'm here.
