C/C++ • Any reason Bullseye 32-bit has libgtksourceview2.0-dev but 64-bit doesn't?

I know these are old libraries, but I've got older Gtk editors that still rely on gtksourceview2.0.

I have two Pi Zero 2 Ws, one installed with the default 32-bit OS from the imager and one I chose 64-bit for the other. The 32-bit OS has libgtksourceview2.0-dev available, but the 64-bit OS doesn't. Any reason for this? If Bullseye 32-bit has it shouldn't it also be available for Bullseye 64-bit for consistency?

The port from 2..0 to 3.0 is no trivial task, which I suspect is why the 32-bit OS has it, but I was surprised the package wasn't found for the same 64-bit OS. (or at least a 32-bit lib for the 64-bit OS so a 32-bit target could be selected for compile on the 64-bit zero)

Anybody know why this is? Technical reason or a just wasn't packaged reason?
