Troubleshooting • RPI4B refusing to boot

Hello everyone!
I am having an issue with a recently bought RPI4B. I decided to use my Raspberry Pi as a test instance for one of the games I'm working on. Here's the issue though. My game works best on Windows and I thought it was a good decision to follow the Windows on R guide so I could install Windows on my Pi.
Last thing I saw before it shut down and refuses to boot is this screen.

Now the only thing I basically own is a really expensive hand warmer. The PWR led remains on, and the ACT led repeatedly blinks with no pattern.
Video of such symptoms linked below:

List of things I have tried to no success:
  • 1. Reinstalling Raspbian with Raspberry Pi Imager
    2. Reinstalling the bootloader with Raspberry Pi Imager
    3. Reinstalling the bootloader with rpi-eeprom git
    4. Reflashing same version of Windows to SD-card (goes to the screen linked above and instantly shuts off)
    5. Tried other power bricks
    6. Tried other SD-cards
    7. Tried other displays
    8. Tried Raspbian Buster (followed the Pi not booting? sticky) (didn't boot)
Any help is more than appreciated.

tl;dr I might have broken my RPI4B when doing Windows on R, bootscreen popped up and refuses to boot entirely after that. ACT led flashes constantly with no pattern connected to the flashing.

p.s. it worked fine before i tried to install windows.
